Terms of Service

1. Data Ownership

• You retain full ownership of all content, data, and materials you upload or create through the Service ("Your Content").
• We do not claim any intellectual-property rights over Your Content.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• Upon account deletion we will remove Your Content from active systems within 30 days. Backups may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
• We will not sell, share, or monetise Your Content. See our Privacy Policy for data-processing details.

2. Refund Policy

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial-month refunds are issued.
• First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of initial payment. EU/EEA customers retain this right as a statutory minimum.
• Refund requests should be sent to the support contact provided in your account dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Transmit malware, spam, or any content designed to disrupt the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or internal systems.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Service beyond what is permitted by your subscription tier.
• Use the Service to develop competing products or services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with notice where practicable.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Service, its design, underlying technology, trademarks, and documentation are owned by AUREXIA and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
• Your subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during the subscription term.
• Output generated by the Service using Your Content belongs to you, subject to any third-party licence restrictions on upstream models or data.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUREXIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. General

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email at least 14 days in advance.
• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AUREXIA is incorporated.
